Customer Care Service

Brambati has introduced a new Customer Care service to provide our customers with quick and efficient assistance worldwide.

For quick access to the service, please prepare the following information in advance:

  • Company data
  • Customer code (unique code assigned to each Brambati customer via e-mail)
  • Type of machine/plant with serial number or wiring diagram of reference
  • Contact person to call back
  • Severity of the fault (informational, non-blocking, partially blocking, total block)

It can be reached from any web browser https://brambati.wasabicrm.com/public/tickets/#!/ticket

Every customer can log in to their dedicated area (username and password are provided together with the customer code) where they may:

  • Open a new assistance request
  • Manage an open ticket by entering additional information, pictures
  • Perform retrospective and statistical analyses


A unique ticket number will be assigned to every request for servicing. The ticket will be managed by our Front Office or forwarded to the appropriate expert and handled in order of arrival, type and severity of the fault, identifying the best technician for a rapid solution to the problem.




3 contract levels are also available:


Bronze with paid service on an hourly basis and call-out charge


Silver with a yearly contract, level 2 right of priority and nonstop hours


Gold with a yearly contract, level 1 right of priority, nonstop and extended hours
